Transition Period

Since being at home, having more time, and being a DIY bride I've realized how many hobbies I thoroughly enjoy and am actually pretty good at! I've always been a creative person but have had trouble with following through. I'm more of a dreamer than a do-er...

Being in such a transition period of life, I've been focusing on becoming the best me I can be. Finding God's gifts and purpose for my life is something I strive to find everyday. I know I have a tendency to be a procrastinator, I'll set solid goals and stick to my plans for about a week then everything reverts back to the old habits. No more!

In just 4 short months I'll be a wife and have a Mr. to provide for, to make a life with, and give him all the love he truly deserves! This thought, this responsibility weighs heavy on my heart. It's become the reason I push myself to make changes, to keep going, and seek God's will for my life as a wife and a family!

David and I both agree being a "stay at home wife" is exactly the position for me! Now, unfortunately, we don't have a money tree that covers all the bills and allows us to live a Pinterest perfect life. So I must put my entrepreneurial skills into serious overtime!

Thankfully, being an independent distributor for It Works! Global has made all of this so much easier. Not only am I learning how to run my own business but having that as residual income really allows me to explore my other hobbies and passions.

Working on some Crafty Girl projects! My creative juices are flowing and I'm excited about the thought of expanding my small business brand. This is the hope of a determined, soon-to-be, housewife to provide for my family doing things I love from our home sweet home! To be honest, I feel blessed to even be able to consider this an option for us and am, already, overwhelmed with the support from family and friends!

Check back for updates on Crafty Girl and hopefully more expansion of my small business brand! Thank you to all who have stopped by! Please leave a comment and let me know what you think!
